It also benefits from free unrestricted on street parking and is very close to the shops and amenities in Moorland Road. The city centre is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk away and the regular bus service to both universities is close by. The local railway station is also in close proximity. The property is set back from the road with a small walled front garden and is set over two floors. The ground floor comprises a good sized lounge, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. On the first floor are 3 further bedrooms, all of a good size. Each bedroom contains a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and there are ample power points. The house benefits from full gas-fired central heating from a combi-boiler. This together with double glazing and additional insulation makes it a comfortable home. A maintenance and service contract is in force to protect the boiler, central heating, plumbing and drains. It provides a 24 hour call-out to give peace of mind by ensuring speedy attention for these essential services. All other maintenance requirements are handled by the local landlord to ensure a speedy resolution. The rear garden comprises a courtyard and lawn and can be accessed via a secure lane, making it ideal for cycle access and storage. The garden is fully maintained for you during your tenancy.
